According to the place, it uses a special kind of meat called "Wakyu" beef. The cow is specially grown by eating the best crops. I don't know the details (a lot of it is explained on the restaurant walls in grammatically incorrect English), but it's quite delicious. The meat was juicy and had a great fresh taste to it. Also, there was this special sauce that seemed like mix of mayonnaise and chipotle sauce in the burger. The bun also had a great crunch on the outside and softness in the inside. Also, each burger is made-to-order, so they take a few minutes to make. This burger was a pleasant surprise after having a disappointing burger at a place called Freshness Burger (not worthy of even taking a picture). I thought that finding a decent burger in Seoul was not possible until W Burger. However, pass on the fries, onion rings, and other side orders. They only fill you up and prevent you from fully enjoying this burger.
